We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Faegre Baker Daniels Foundation for making an extremely generous $2,500 donation to HCLC.

HCLC has worked with volunteer lawyers from Faegre Baker Daniels for a number of years on various pro bono projects. Since 2012, Faegre Baker Daniels, alongside Debevoise and Plimpton LLP, BPP Law School and the London Borough of Hackney libraries service has helped to run HCLC's Dalston Pop-Up service, which provides free, confidential and independent legal advice to Hackney residents with consumer and debt issues, on Tuesday evenings, in Dalston CLR James library.

In 2013, the Dalston Pop-Up won two national awards - the inaugural Halsbury Legal Award for 'Pro Bono Team of the Year' and the Law Works Pro Bono Award for 'Best Partnership in Pro Bono'.

HCLC looks forward to continue working with Faegre Baker Daniels in 2015 to help as many Hackney residents as possible through the Dalston Pop-Up service.
