The Hackney Advice Services Transition Fund project
requires the following:
Training and Development Supervisor (Full time) - recruited by East End Citizens Advice Bureaux Salary Ј30,000 (inclusive of LW) Fixed term – 2 years from start date You will:
- lead in recruiting and be able to train volunteers using the Citizens Advice certificated training programme;
- provide a range of training to advice and information providers across Hackney within the aims and principles of Citizens Advice and its membership requirements;
- Work to strengthen the infrastructure of advice and information providers across Hackney through a programme of volunteer recruitment, centralised inter-agency training and remote supervision;
- Develop a Specialist Welfare Benefits & Debt Advice Unit
