Welcome Sara!
16/4/2015
HCLC is absolutely delighted to welcome Sara Taylor (pictured right) to the Centre as our new Housing Solicitor.
Sara has a particular interest in human rights and possession proceedings. Sara has come to us from the wonderful Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre where she worked for nearly seven years.
Before that, Sara worked a trainee solicitor at Merseyside Welfare Rights based in Liverpool where she was trained in housing, welfare benefits, debt and family law. Sara also previously worked in Manchester as an advice worker for Manchester Council's advice service and volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau. Sara studied for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social and Cultural Studies at the University of Nottingham before going on to take the Postgraduate Diploma in Law (now called the Graduate Diploma in Law) at the College of Law in London.
Sara then undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. In her spare time, Sara is an avid reader and loves to socialise. She also recently started to take wine tasting classes and enjoys going to live comedy gigs and concerts.
*A huge welcome to Sara!*
